[scponly] Logging all commands

Hello,
I setup scponlyc with use of scp and sftp. I'd like to log all commands
and all file transferred by the user using the system. I run scponly on
a Redhat ES5, ssh version 4.3.

I read about passing logging options to sftp, but this is possible only
with ssh 4.4.

Any idea?
