[scponly] How can i install SCPONLY 4.8 on 64-Bit System?

If the ./configure doesn't just work, please post the error that it gives you 
and we'll see if we can figure out what's going on.  The patches that we 
received from others for 64-bit systems have been integrated, so I am 
hopefull that it will "just work."
