[scponly] bug in scponly-4.6 'make jail'

Hi group,

   Just installed scponly-4.6 and tried to use scponlyc.  The 'make jail'
failed to create dev/null directory in the user's home dir. Here is
how I fixed it:


 > [root at laptop scponly]# mkdir dev
 > [root at laptop scponly]# mknod dev/null c 1 3

   Just FYI.
