[scponly] why not the cp command ? (for rsync snapshots...)

scponly allows the remote execution of a number of standard unix commands
... ln, mv, rm, and so on.

Is cp not in this list just because it is not needed for scp/winscp
compatibility, OR is there some explicit reason that it was not included ?

Any danger to me if I add it ?  Comments ?
