[scponly] new patch: find sftp-server binary

Dear scponly Developers,

We have prepared a patch to scponly-4.3. It makes scponly find the
sftp-server command in case PROG_SFTP_SERVER is incorrect. The patch
improves the portablity of the scponly binary across Linux distributions
and OpenSSH package upgrades.

What do I have to do in order to get the patch integrated to scponly?
