[scponly] new patch: fix basename(3) segfault

Dear scponly Developers,

We have prepared a patch to scponly-4.3. This patch makes scponly work
with systems in which strings in argv[]  are not writeable (such as
Linux uClibc).

Get the patch from

What do I have to do in order to get the patch integrated to scponly?
