[scponly] how do I use rsync with scponly ? - patch enclosed

I was just testing this today and hit this problem too.  For some reason the
patch doesn't work for me, but I may have altered the sources on my own and
now the sublimation.org DNS server seems to be down so I can't fetch it and
see.
