[scponly] FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE-p27 and scponly-4.4 broken?

Thank you for using FreeBSD port.

In this case,

  sudo make -DWITH_SCPONLY_CHROOT -DWITHOUT_SCPONLY_GFTP -DWITH_SCPONLY_SCP -DWITH_SCPONLY_WINSCP

is sufficient for you.
