[scponly] setup-chroot.sh for FreeBSD 6.0-RELEASE ?

I am having some trouble running the stock setup-chroot.sh on my FreeBSD
6.0-RELEASE system ... troubles beyond the simple swap of elif with else
on line 77 or 74 ...

Does this script not work well on fbsd 6.0 ?  Does anyone have one that
they have fixed up ?  OR, does it work fine and I just have other
problems?

I did a very standard configure ; make ; make install, and used the
resulting setup-chroot.sh (after the s/elif/else hack, that is)
