[scponly] Scp and passworldess authentication ( rsa / dsa )

Hi ,
I am trying to setup passwordless authentication via authorized_keys using
scpnly and it does not work when using scp .
if i use sftp or winscp with sftp it works fine , however scp will not work
.
If i change the account shell to a reguler shell I can ssh/scp without a
problem .

I have StrictModes yes in my ssh config.


Any idea's ?
