[scponly] how to chroot some users with scponly

:-( don't remind me this option, which is the most irritating one ! :-(
With it, or without it, I'm always unable to use scp transfers... (the
connection is good, "ls" and other functionalities are well-working,
but "scp" binary doesn't run :-|)
