[scponly] scponly and sftp-logging patch possible?

Yes. I sent a more correct formal patch (to scponly) to the list later that
made the necessary changes. It adds a new configure time option that allows
for sftplogging compatibility.
If you can't find it in the list archives, e-mail me tomorrow and I'll send it
to you.
