[scponly] compare and contrast - scponly vs. rssh ?

I understand completely.  I do not use cvs, so I can't comment about it,
however I _do_ use rdist, and I consider it to be a very basic, essential
unix tool, along the same lines as rsync.

I would very much like to see rdist supported.
