[scponly] chroot-ed sftp-server problems

I've had this problem on a NetBSD-machine so if anyone still cares :)
The chroot environment should have /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so* availiable if it
contains dynamically linked binaries.
Another possibility is to use the statically linked binaries from /rescue
