[scponly] Dreaded optreset problem with scponly 4.3

I'm using Linux cAos release 2.0 and previous versions of scponly have 
compiled without any problem.

Unfortunately, with v4.3 I too now have the dreaded undefined optreset 
problem:

$ make
gcc -g -O2 -I. -I. -DHAVE_CONFIG_H 
-DDEBUGFILE='"/usr/local/etc/scponly/debuglevel"' -o scponly scponly.o
