[scponly] optreset variable is not provided by standard glibc

I am also afflicted by this problem :(
The manual page for getopt I have here says nothing useful, but I think 
that it's possible to solve it the way openssh does, see e.g. 
openbsd-compat/getopt.c - revision 1.3:
[comment: - (bal) getopt now can be staticly compiled on those platforms 
missing optreset.  Patch by binder at arago.de]

Is it possible to provide a patch with security fixes for 4.1? If not,
