[scponly] scponly, ssh logins and WinSCP errors

Hi all,

I've just installed scponly on an OpenBSD machine and it certainly seems
to be working nicely.  I have noticed one thing though, when users try
to ssh into the machine they appear to partially connect (they get
presented with the motd), but whenever they provide input they receive a
"WinSCP end of file" message.

Is this intended behaviour ?  or does it show that I've messed up the
config ?
