[scponly] compile scponly

Hello,
I have problems to compile scponly under AIX. Can you help me or do you
have a complied runable progam?

./configure
loading cache ./config.cache
checking host system type... powerpc-ibm-aix5.2.0.0
checking target system type... powerpc-ibm-aix5.2.0.0
checking build system type... powerpc-ibm-aix5.2.0.0
checking for a BSD compatible install... ./install-sh -c

    (Any other directories should still work fine.)
cc: 1501-224 fatal error in /usr/vac/exe/xlcentry: signal 11 received

*** You must set the environment variable CC to a working compiler.
