[scponly] Webpage: Underlining of a-tag

Hello,

I think it is very difficult to read the web-page and find links because
a lot of text is underlined. Please remove the following line from the
style sheet to prevent "<a name=..." to be underlined:

A 		{ color: #404040; text-decoration: underline; }

"<a href=" tags are still underlined because of the next lines in the
style sheet.
