I'm announcing the release of scponly-3.10

from the CHANGELOG:
- added UNISON compatibility (untested)
- bugfix to home dir default permissions
- configure option to disable paranoid filename checking, thus allowing all characters in input
- added a new config.sub and config.guess
- fixed missing PROG_RM declaration

thanks to the contributors on this list for their suggestions, bug reports, time, and effort

please check CONTRIB if you have submitted patches that were included in this release and ensure you have been 
included.

i did not get to address everything i wanted to in this release.  all in all, its a rather minor release.  it does, 
however, address some of the problems reported on the mailing list over the last 4 months.
