[scponly] scponly and winbind

Hi all
I need set up scponly with winbind, in smb.conf I set:
 template shell = /usr/bin/scponly
Unfortunately, when I try to logon to server using winscp I got this message: 

Mar 21 09:41:49 fs [20238]: no knowledge of uid 10178 [username: (10178), IP/port: 211.21.62.105 1178 22]
Mar 21 09:41:49 fs [20238]: scponly is misconfigured. contact sysadmin.

I'm using scponly 3.8, what am I doing wrong ?
