[scponly] Simple patch for Unison support

Hi !

Attached is a patch for scponly-3.9 that provides support for the Unison 
file synchronization tool (http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/). 
Just use the configure option '--enable-unison-compat' and have unison in 
your PATH.

Unison compatibility is quite similar to rsync compatibility except that 
Unison expects the environment variable HOME to be set.

No warranty of any kind :-) (I've never written more than five lines of C in 
my life.) It works for me on a Debian and a Gentoo box.
