[scponly] is the actual 4.0 already patched or not...???

Hi, 

is the actual download versio of scponly that can be found here:

http://sublimation.org/scponly/scponly-4.0.tgz

already patched with the post-4.0 patches that came up on this list,
especially there was a problem with chroot and I would like to know,
if everything is fine with the version available at the website now or
if I have to search for the patches that came with this list and apply
them myself...
