[scponly] Re: redhat 9 problem

indeed, seems like this is a problem with Redhat 9. I cannot get the 
chrooted version to work. I had this working in Redhat 8 a week ago. Have to 
look more into this.

Funny things with these versions. The reason I switched to RH 9 was to get 
another software working, but now scponly doesn't work.
