hey all,

i've put together scponly-3.6, from the CHANGELOG:

        fixed the rsync compatibility configure options
        repaired freebsd configure and setup_chroot problems
        added cool /chrootdir//homedir home directory interpretation
            - thanks to Stefan Sami-Soueiha <stefan.sami at gmx.de> for his patch

i've also set up a CVS server, based on sven's suggestion - but i have yet
to configure it correctly for read only accounts.  more on that when i
make some progress.

i also hope to do a cvsweb intsallation for scponly in the near future.

please let me know if you encounter any problems with this release,
especially regarding the freebsd changes.
