[scponly] configure on hpux 11.11

It is in the start of configure where it is trying to guess the operating
system, that it fails. like this:

root at dhpsat0:[~/palar/scponly-3.5] ./configure
checking build system type... Invalid configuration `-hp-hpux11.11': machine
`-hp' not recognized
configure: error: /bin/sh ./config.sub -hp-hpux11.11 failed

So, i guess I have to use one or both of these commands with ./configure :
System types:
  --build=BUILD     configure for building on BUILD [guessed]
  --host=HOST       cross-compile to build programs to run on HOST [BUILD]

I just don't know the syntax.

I have no access on a HP-UX box so please post the output from the configure
script. cut it down to the important parts or place it somewhere else
where we can look at it (free webspace for example)
