[scponly] small bugs under suse linux (make jail)

Hello,

just "discovered" scponly, and it looks great :-)

small things with make jail:
- option "-C" make the script fails (option not existing)
- sftp-server is not installed in the chroot : is that
  wanted? 

rest seems to work fine so far... thanks!
