Hi all,

I installed scponly using
--enable-chrooted-binary
--disable-winscp-compat

i added the shells into /etc/shells:
% grep scp /etc/shells
/usr/local/bin/scponly
/usr/local/sbin/scponlyc
%

i configured sftp users shells too (using chsh):
/usr/local/sbin/scponlyc

Oh, and 'make jail' didn't worked here since this box is running NetBSD.

here's what i get when i try to connect to the sftp-server when
/usr/local/sbin/scponlyc is the shell:

% sftp data at 127.0.0.1
Connecting to 127.0.0.1...
data at 127.0.0.1's password:
Connection closed
%

Any advice would be appreciated.

Did i missed something obvious? I didn't really understood the chroot
thing at the beginning of the INSTALL file.

Anyway, as far i understood it, i even tryed with userid data:data:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 data data 33412 Dec 2 19:56 /usr/local/sbin/scponlyc

no changes.

Thanks in advance for any help.
