[Pl-seminar] NEPLS Postponement (Cancelling 17 July)

Sadly, because of summer doldrums, it's necessary to
postpone the NEPLS meeting that we had planned for 
next Thursday, 17 July.  

We will schedule the next one in late September or October.
We regret the lack of a summer NEPLS meeting!
