[Pl-seminar] pl-seminar schedule changes

[I tried running this from my makefile, but it seems not to have
worked.  Apologies if this turns out to be a multiple posting.]

Due to conflicting faculty meetings, pl-seminar will not be held
tomorrow, Wed 11/19 or next week, Wed 11/25.  We will resume on 12/2.
