The viewer does not support Mac OS X, so it won't work for me.  Like
many people in the world, I'm using Office 2004 for the Mac. The .pptx
files are in a new XML-based format, which is a radical move away from
the earlier formats.  Luckily, Apple's Keynote app can handle it.

It's always good to avoid problems for others by sending them versions
of files that they have a good chance of opening.  Remember the user!
