[Tipz] Mutt, Links, replying with margins in quoted text

I use `links -dump' to view HTML mail with Mutt. Unfortunately,
I found that replies to mail sent to me via Hotmail or another
HTML service automatically reply with the indented text:

    >     hey ian, yadda yadda yadda yadda
    >     yadda yadda yadda yadda yadda yadda
    >     yadda yadda.

I solved this by firing up links, choosing "Html options" under
the View menu, setting the text margin to 0 instead of 3, and
then choosing "Save html options" under the View menu, which
writes a ~/.links/html.cfg and thus saves the indent settings.
