[scponly] scponly and rsync 3.0

Hi,

I've run into this (debian-logged) bug:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=576629

scponly compiled with --enable-rsync-compat won't work with scponly because it
sends a -e. header, which is disallowed by scponly in helper.c.

However, it seems that the -e check isn't needed, according to this
samba-developer:

http://lists.samba.org/archive/rsync/2008-October/021863.html

Oh, I see this got fixed in 2008:

http://scponly.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/scponly/scponly/helper.c?r1=1.24&r2=1.25

Can a new version of scponly be released so that distributions can include the
fixes?

thanks,
Mrten.
