[scponly] SCPonly on AIX

I downloaded from CVS and got the same error again. 
root: /scponly-20080308> make
        gcc -g -O2 -I. -I. -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DDEBUGFILE='"/usr/local/etc/scponly/debuglevel"' -o scponly.o -c scponly.c
In file included from scponly.c:19:
scponly.h:2:41: error: getopt.h: No such file or directory
scponly.c:88: error: array type has incomplete element type
scponly.c: In function 'process_ssh_request':
scponly.c:715: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in function 'bzero'
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.

This was fixed shortly after the 4.8 release. I'd recommend grabbing a copy of 
scponly from CVS. If that's not easily doable, let me know and I'll post a URL 
for a copy of CVS.
