[scponly] scponly failed. new setup

So permissions are good and sftp-server can be run.

Do you have a /dev/null node with appropriate permissions?

I would guess the chroot is not correctly setup.  I'd consider using something 
like jailkit to create the chroot as the provided script isn't sufficiently 
robust.
