[scponly] Cannot login SFTP-Server

Thanks for attaching the logging information, but that's not the
correct output.  You might check some other logfiles (grep for scponly
maybe?) and make sure that logging is enabled:

echo "1" > $INSTALL_PREFIX/etc/scponly/debuglevel
