scponly compiles on 64bit suse, but you need a little bit of patching
to make configure work, otherwise it complains about not finding
sftp-server.

I've attached a patch doing this. Don't forget to call autoconf after
applying the patch!

PS: Ready built rpms with "--enable-winscp-compat --enable-rsync-compat
--enable-chrooted-binary --enable-quota-compat --enable-passwd-compat"
are available from my repo at ftp://rauchs-home.de/ for i586 aswell as
x86_64.
