[scponly] can't make the Jail

Hello I'm new to the list.

 

I'm running RHEL4 and I'm trying to set up scponly-4.6

 

I'm trying to make the jail and I keep getting the following error:

Scponly build is not configured for chrooted operation.

 

I did try running the configure file with the chroot option.
