[scponly] [patch] compilation of scponly on 64bit

Hi,

in order to compile scponly 4.6 on my openSUSE 10.2 x86_64 with
- --enable-winscp-compat, I had to add the attached patch and call
autoconf afterwards to make it work. Otherwise configure always stopped
with:

> configure: enabling core WinSCP and Vanilla SCP binaries...
> checking for sftp-server... no
> Can't find path to 'sftp-server'
