[scponly] scponly 4.5 released - rdist ?

It is really just a time issue.  

rdist, HP-UX configure fixes, as well as the cvsweb infrastructure are all on the TODO list.

I'd like to get the cvsweb thing fixed first, as I think it helps people to help me fix silly issues like the last 
two reported macro and C mistakes.
