[scponly] Solaris 9

Hi all,

I can't get this to work properly.

1st, the WebCVS is down. Too bad, can't check how to fix the following error:

Under Solaris 9, when I try to compile:

Undefined                       first referenced
 symbol                             in file
optreset                            helper.o

I know this error exists too under HPUX according to another post in
this list. What's the fix for that? Right now I commented that line
but I can still "ssh" in that account even if I have "scponly". Maybe
it's related, maybe not??
