Yep, you are right :)
I should not use tilde character in my case.

But other things, if there is a file which contains tilde (in extreme
case), eg:

$ scp user at mylinux.server.domain:/mnt/fat32/PICT0~86.JPG .

in this case, whether it is better to add "--disable-restrictive-names" to configure?
