[scponly] setting umask for new files

Hello everybody out there,

I'm just testing scponly as an secure replacement for ftp transfers.
Until now it works great.
Just one question is still open:
How can I set the umask of new files which are uploaded by the users via 
sftp/scp?
By default on my server they get permissions of 644 which is a umask of 022, 
but I need them to be created with different rights, e. g. 664 or umask 002.
