[scponly] scponly bug with '+' in filenames

got this bug in today - seems like a bug in scponly.
Can someone of the developers look into this, please?

gives ...
invalid characters in scp command!
here:+lah
try using a wildcard to match this file/directory
lost connection

this is extremely annoying using duplicity which names it's backup-files
with time-offset (+02:00)

actually, the + seems to be missing in the ALLOWABLE variable in
scponly.h
