[scponly] Cannot log in with user shell to scponlyc

Greetings,

I am attempting to sftp into a server that i recently installed scponly
on.  I compilied with the chroot enabled, and ran make jail afterwards to
create the user.

However, i cannot sftp in with the created user to the system.

I am using the winscp sourceforge project.

Any suggestions?

The users shell is set to scponlyc
