There are a number of other problems in the configure file, and I'm
putting a patch together which should address:

	- inconsistent naming of --enable- and --disable- options
	- problems with AC_ARG_ENABLE clause use
	- guesses which should be conditional but which aren't
	- improving sftp-server binary location guesses
	- add an explicit --with-sftp-server-binary option
	- version(scponly) == 3.1 now :)
