[PRL] Student support at ICFP

ICFP has money to support students from US institutions to attend ICFP 
this year.  This can go toward refunding conference fees (and other 
expenses you're unlikely to have being in Boston).

If you're interested, send a request to icfp-support at lambda-calcul.us.

(This is distinct from SIGPLAN PAC support, so please disregard if 
you've already applied for support through PAC.)
