[PRL] Julia: new language for scientific computing

Looks pretty neat, thanks for sharing! I really like how they allow
you to name the cores and decide where to send data to. The gradual
type system also looks interesting (I couldn't seem to find any
discussion of type checking or type inference in the manual though).
