[PRL] POPL recap: ** NOW THURSDAY **

Unfortunately, it was not possible to move around class schedules to
do the recap on Wednesday.  Instead, we will hold in on:

  Thursday, Feb 2, WVH366 from 1:45-3pm (the same as Derek's talk)
