[PRL] Found door to 308 propped open

I just found the door to 308 propped open using the deadbolt.  This is a
bad thing.

1.  Things could get stolen
2.  The latches on these doors are delicate, and if they are propped open
using the deadbolt, pretty soon the entire latch stops working, and the
door can neither be closed nor opened.

Please don't do this.
